Allow Media in Movement Verification Pending to be Selected for Backup or Duplication - Q1ANOVFYM

A BRMS PTF was released which did not allow media that had movement verification pending to be selected as a candidate for save or duplication.  Prior to the PTF,  media that had movement verification pending could be selected as a candidate for save or duplication.  To allow the original behavior, run the following command:

CRTDTAARA DTAARA(QUSRBRM/Q1ANOVFYM) TYPE(*CHAR)

NOTES:

• The use of data area QUSRBRM/Q1ANOVFYM can be affected by how a media library ejects volumes during the move process, see topic - Eject MLB Media During Movement or Movement Verification.
• Volumes that are expired are not checked for movement verification pending status.
